Our practice nurses are available by appointment to offer medical advice regarding travel and vaccinations where appropriate. Please telephone reception to book an appointment.
Our nurses can provide travel health advice and arrange for appropriate immunisations. Please arrange an appointment for a travel consultation at least 6-8 weeks before departure if possible. Vaccines need time to take effect and some may require a course over several weeks.

Travel Vaccination
Our nurses can provide travel health advice and arrange the appropriate immunisations. Please download and complete the travel form, then send it to M85176.vatishr@nhs.net minimum 6 week's before your travel date. Vaccines need time to take effect, and some may require a course spread over several weeks.
Travel Vaccine Appointments
Appointments are subject to availability. If we are unable to accommodate your request, we will advise you to visit a pharmacy who can provide travel vaccinations.

Pharmacy Notes:
Pharmacies will charge for all travel vaccines. Please enquire directly with your chosen pharmacy about costs.
GP Practice:
We will issue the prescription, which you will pay for the prescription.
Once the prescription has been collected, we will book an appointment with the nurse, who will administer the travel vaccines free of charge.
Please Note:
We do not provide Yellow Fever vaccinations.
We do not prescribe malaria medication. For both services, please enquire with the pharmacies who provide travel vaccination.
